The Role

The job holder will work on a project focused on researching and evaluating available tools in the market, as well as those under our office business license, to streamline internal processes.  This project aims to enhance the L&D team's efficiency and effectiveness in delivering learning and development initiatives. The job holder’s major responsibilities are to:

 

• Conduct comprehensive research on current tools and technologies available in the market
• Evaluate tools under our office business license for their potential to streamline work processes
• Analyze the features, benefits, and limitations of various tools
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings and recommendations
• Collaborate with team members to understand current processes
• Provide training and support to team members on the use of new tools
• Provide support to the team and other HR duties as assigned

 

The Person

The ideal candidate should have / be:

 

• Full-time undergraduate student in Business Administration, Information System, Information Technology or related discipline
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Able to work independently
• Interest in learning & development and technology        
• Basic understanding of data security and compliance standards is preferred

 

Duration: July – August 2025 (4-6 weeks)
