FUNCTION

The job holder is to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of all airline equipment.

確保航機之用具能整齊清潔。

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES

1. Familiar with the detergents/chemical application, the dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment operation.

熟習化學劑之使用，洗碗碟機之操作及清潔用具之程序。

2. Wash and sterilize airline equipment, modules and trolleys.

把所有之航機用具及餐車等清洗及消毒。

3. Load and unload the dishwashers.

負責把清洗之用具放置上及收回洗碗碟機上。 

4. Perform sorting of airline rejected items from soil dish conveyor.

負責由運輸帶抽出破爛之用具。

5. Move around the refuse bins.

將廢物移走到垃圾房。

6. Perform cutlery sorting and arrangement.

將刀叉分類。

7. Clean dishwashing machines and their surrounding after each shift.

在每班完畢前清潔好洗碗碟機及週圍之地方。  

8. Maintain the cleanliness of the working environment.

保持工作環境清潔。

9. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

負責其他由督導指派之工作。

 

WORKING HOURS

Shift duties, 9 hours a day and 6 days a week.  Overtime duties is required as operational needs.

輪班工作, 每天九小時及每週六天工作。  按工作需要而需超時加班工作。

 

REQUIREMENT

P.6 or above. 

小六或以上程度。
