The Role

The job holder’s major responsibilities are to:

• Assist in recruitment process, including job advertising and interview arrangement
• Help maintain staff information and personnel record filing
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives by designing promotional materials and editing videos
• Arrange logistics and provide on-site support for staff activities and events
• Evaluate tools and explore opportunities to streamline work processes for enhancing efficiency
• Provide support to the team and other HR duties as assigned

 

The Person

The ideal candidate should have / be:

• Full-time undergraduate student in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Capable of handling image design and video editing tasks
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work in a team-oriented environment
• Detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility and initiative

 

Duration: June – August 2025 (3 months)
