FUNCTION

The job holder is to ensure cleanliness and tidiness of LSG building.

確保LSG大廈之整潔。

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES

1. Familiar with the detergents/chemical application and operation of cleaning equipment.

熟習如何使用化學劑進行清潔工作。

2. Strictly follow the cleaning schedule assigned by the superior.

嚴格遵守督導所指派之清潔工作程序。

3. Maintain all toilets, staircases, lifts, offices, corridors clean and tidy.

確保所有洗手間、樓梯、電梯、寫字樓及走廊之清潔。

4. Collect rubbish from offices and all other refuse bins located inside the building everyday.

在寫字樓及其他地方收集廢物。 

5. Top up, liquid soap and replenish toilet rolls.

補充梘液及更換廁紙等工作。

6. Perform waxing of lifts, staircases, corridor and office regularly.

替電梯、樓梯、寫字樓及走廊進行打臘工作。  

7. Regularly sanitize all toilets by foam fun.

定期把所有洗手間消毒。

8. Maintain the cleanliness of staff canteen.

確保員工飯堂清潔。 

9. Arrange dirty dishes, bowls and trays from staff canteen to be washed.

把飯堂之污穢碗碟及盤運送到洗滌部清洗。

10. Regularly wash and sanitize all chillers and freezers.

定期為凍房及冷倉清洗及消毒。

11. Maintain the garbage room clean and tidy.

保持垃圾房整潔。  

12. Maintain all drains and surface channels clean and free of foreign materials.  Report to R & M in case of blockage.

保持水渠及去水道表面清潔而不留雜物。如有阻塞應立刻通知工程部。

13. Assist in deep cleaning as required.

在有需要時協助進行大清潔。 

14. Assist other sections in cleaning jobs as required.

協助其他部門執行清潔工作。

15. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

負責其他由督導指派之工作。

 

WORKING HOURS

Shift duties, 9 hours a day and 6 days a week. Overtime is required as operational needs.

輪班工作，每天九小時及每週六天工作。按工作須要而需超時加班工作。    

 

REQUIREMENT

P.6 or above.
