We are searching for high-calibre Administrative Assistants to work in a back-office IT project team in a Major Bank.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support on regular reporting, take minutes and process invoices, etc.
• Handle staff attendance administration and data entry.
• Prepare presentation materials and executive reports.

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline.
• Have Basic computer knowledage, especially Excel and Word.
• Good communications skills in English and Chinese.
• Willing to learn and can-do attitude.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
