Job Responsibilities:

• Verify and approve transaction and monitor the daily work processing.
• Coach and motivate subordinates to achieve operational objectives.
• Assist Department Head in system enhancement and internal administration.
• Assist capture data for internal control/compliance/external auditor etc.
• Cross Div./Dept. supporting.
• Ensure Funding amount is reported accurately and on time.
• Conduct the compliance review of payments operation, report promptly to department head for any irregularity.

Job Requirements 

• HKDSE / HKCEE form 7 graduate or above.
• 6 years’  banking experience in handling remittance transactions with at least 2 years in supervisory level.
• Familiar with SWIFT/CHATS format and tag rules.
• Pleasant, able to work independently and work under pressure.
• Willing to cooperate to supervisor's assignment.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is an advantage.
