Job Responsibilities:

• Provide sales support functions to Relationship Manager include but not limited to client servicing
• Respond to customers queries, and process customer’s order / instructions effectively and ensure all requests are followed through timely
• Handle account opening documents for individual/corporate customers, and assist RM to conduct annual review
• Handle loan document and ensure the drawdown procedures are smoothly
• Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Department Head

Job Requirements:

• Secondary Level or above
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in corporate and commercial banking
• Quick response to deliver professional services to meet our customers need
• Familiar with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Ability to work under pressure, with strong self-motivation
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is a MUST
