Responsibilities

• Supervise the technical team and provide support on maintenance & repair works for residential property
• Assist in preparing tender document and quotation for maintenance & repair work

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in building / estate maintenance
• Holder of valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A)
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Working Location: Chai Wan & Ma On Shan
