Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts
• Responsible for accounts payable and receivable functions
• Perform daily duties including purchase order , invoice checking, voucher preparing, invoice settlement, staff reimbursement, cheque printing
• Handle inquiries internally and externally 
• Assist manager in month-end closing and other accounting matters
• Perform administration, sourcing and general clerical duties
• Prepare regular report and analysis
• Report duties to managers and support supervisors whenever necessary
• Perform ad-hoc duties and assignments

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in  Accounting, Business Administration or other related disciplines would be preferred

• Professional qualifications like LCCI or other related disciplines would be preferred

• Relevant experience with Construction would be preferred

• Proficient in MS office, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing

• With strong sense of responsibility and able to meet tight deadline with high accuracy

• Initiative, self- motivated, well organized and be a good team player

• Immediate available would be preferred
