Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning, management, and implementation of bank-wide operation projects.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor project plans, hold regular project review meetings, track progress, and identify exceptions to plan.
  • Monitor and analyze the operation procedure and propose optimization strategies and improvement. Ensure SOP is fully complied with the bank’s policies, regulatory requirements, and AML controls.
  • Support E-Banking system.
  • Document and analyze business and user requirements. Develop process workflow, system requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to senior management, and propose improvement strategies
  • Provide guidance and training on compliance requirements and process improvements for the operations team.
  • Perform other duties as delegated and assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

  • University or higher degree
  • Minimum 8 years in related banking experience
  • Holder of Associated Operational Risk Management Professional (AORP) will be an advantage.
  • Experience in internet banking business.
  • Good knowledge of banking products, operational procedures, and systems
  • Familiar with the regulatory requirements under HKMA.
  • Structured thinking and good problem-solving capability
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong project management and coordination skills
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a close team environment as well as independently
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Good English and Mandarin language skills
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager.
