Responsible for planning, management, and implementation of bank-wide operation projects.
Develop, execute, and monitor project plans, hold regular project review meetings, track progress, and identify exceptions to plan.
Monitor and analyze the operation procedure and propose optimization strategies and improvement. Ensure SOP is fully complied with the bank’s policies, regulatory requirements, and AML controls.
Support E-Banking system.
Document and analyze business and user requirements. Develop process workflow, system requirements.
Monitor and analyze operational data to senior management, and propose improvement strategies
Provide guidance and training on compliance requirements and process improvements for the operations team.
Perform other duties as delegated and assigned by the management
Job Requirements:
University or higher degree
Minimum 8 years in related banking experience
Holder of Associated Operational Risk Management Professional (AORP) will be an advantage.
Experience in internet banking business.
Good knowledge of banking products, operational procedures, and systems
Familiar with the regulatory requirements under HKMA.
Structured thinking and good problem-solving capability
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong project management and coordination skills
Sound judgment and decision-making skills
Ability to work in a close team environment as well as independently
Proficient in the use of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Good English and Mandarin language skills
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager.
