Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be in charge of regulatory compliance and operational risk management in accordance to PMSA Codes of Conduct. S/he will be responsible for formulating and reviewing compliance manuals, designing policies and procedures as well as providing trainings to keep the operational teams informed of changes on regulations, handling regulatory requests, inquiries and examinations, conducting internal review and investigations in the event of a possible contravention of the regulations and preparing related reports. S/he will also be involved in operational matters of managed properties and participate in ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Facilities Management / Property Management or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in Facilities / Property Management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Experience in ISO certification, audits and license applications operations would be an advantage
  • Familiar with ISO45001 / OHSA18001 requirements and occupational health and safety issues
  • Well knowledge in PMSA & PMSO (Cap. 626)
  • Holder of PMP (Tier 1) Licence
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well organized, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
