Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payment processing.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Perform bank reconciliations, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and management account preparation.
Support audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance as needed.
Handle ad-hoc financial projects and process improvements.
Requirements:
Higher diploma or above in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle accounting, including financial statement preparation, management reporting, and month-end close.
Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Mature, responsible, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
