Requirement:

• A Hong Kong university degree in social work;
• English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language at Grade E or above in HKCEE / Level 2 in HKDSE;
• 3 years' relevant post-qualification experience;
• Registered under Social Workers Registration Ordinance.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for the effective management and operation of Cherish House and relevant projects;
• Supervise staff and conduct staff training programmes;
• Develop strategic partnership and collaboration with relevant sectors or community stakeholders;
• Develop promotion strategy and effective means to generate funding support for the development of youth services;
• Organize groups and programmes in aligning with strategic plan of youth services;
• Experience in supervising parent work is preferable;
• Assist in monitoring new service operation and development.

Working Hours: 44 hours per week and on shift when necessary

Working Location: Kwun Tong District
