What You will be Doing
1. Technology and Information Governance
Administer legal tech software, including contract management system and ESG reporting platform
Manage legal tech projects to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to budget
Organise and maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring access control, accessibility, standardisation and version control
2. Business Intelligence
Collect, consolidate and analyse legal data as well as ESG data to support decision-making and strategy
Input into systems and report on key operational and substantive legal data
3. Financial Management
Manage, track and report on legal budgets and expenses, including verifying expenses and processing invoices
4. Operational Support
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency
Provide general administrative support, including coordinating meetings, managing calendar, handling documents, procuring supplies
5. Ad-Hoc Assignments
Handle ad-hoc assignments as needed

- Minimum 2 years of operation or administrative experience

- Organised and detail-oriented
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
- Experience in developing, implementing and using legal technology solutions or project management (PMP) is a plus
