Job Highlights

You will be required to deliver high quality, prompt and courteous Facilities Management services in support of Client's business needs in a safe working environment. 

 

Facilities Management

  • Monitoring the day-to-day operations of the portfolio.
  • Managing renovation works for all vacant flats in preparation for the next occupants.
  • Assist to deal with emergency and arrange ad-hoc repair where applicable. 
  • To follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of facility activities, reporting etc.
  • Ad-Hoc duties assigned by Department Head

 

Environment Management 

  • Assisting to ensure a good environment, including arranging ad-hoc repairs, monitoring landscaping and cleaning services.
  • Vendor management and assistance to evaluate the contractors’ service performance.
  • Keep good communication with clients and users.
  • Ensured Key Operations Procedures are followed to ensure service standards are maintained.

 

Procurement, Payment/Billing Management 

  • Seek ways to constantly reduce costs and improve operational standards.
  • Assist to review cost saving measures including and not limited to arranging vendor registrations, meetings and request for quotes.
  • Review of renovation costs between contractors / vendors to ensure irregular costs are reviewed and verified prior to submitting reports.

 

Other Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and maintaining general reports, inventories, tracking, moving and/or relocations. 
  • Prepare regular reports, coordinate premises takeovers, manage fitting-out and renovations, and handle tenancy administrative work.
  • Any other duties assigned by the management.

  • Degree holder in any disciplines
  • 3 - 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese and English
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • A good team player, independent, flexible and detail-minded
