Director of Sales 

Responsibilities:

• Forecast and maximize the monthly budget revenue
• Manage and Implement marketing strategies to meet the sales and profit objectives
• Build and maintain relationship with the corporate and group clients by sales calls/visits and organizing regular corporate events
• Explore new business opportunities with local and overseas corporations
• Conduct site inspection with clients and introduce our facilities
• Prepare departmental performance reports for regular sales meeting
• Analyse and monitor industry trends and sales activities of competitors and prepares appropriate strategies for review

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business, Hotel, Tourism or related discipline
• 5-8 years’ experience in hotel sales
• Result oriented, self-motivated and creative
• Strong analytical skills with good business sense
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in both written & spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
