Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing renovation projects, A&A works and maintenance programs
• Provide technical support and handle complaints of defects and maintenance works
• Carry out regular site supervision and monitor the works in compliance with government regulations
• Co-ordinate with consultants, contractors and external parties for tendering and cost & progress control
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Building Services Engineering, E&M Engineering or equivalent disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience, related experience in A&A projects or property management will be an advantage
• Familiar with MS applications, AutoCAD and BD/Government regulations
• Both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proactive, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently
• Immediate available is highly preferred
