A typical day in this role:

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
• Monitor and resolve issues affecting ad campaigns, ensuring smooth operations and meeting client expectations.
• Track campaign performance, analyze results, and suggest improvements to maximize effectiveness.
• Collaborate with sales team and Ad Tech team to develop solutions and strategies that align with their digital advertising goals.
• Set up and manage digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms

About you:

• Associate Degree or above, majoring in Advertising, Marketing, Digital Media, or other relevant subjects
• 1 – 2 years of experience in client project management or customer service is preferred.
• Strong sense of responsibility, well organized with exceptional problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skill
