Business System Analyst

- Deliver business or systems analysis to support design of small/medium complexity projects
- Do hands on business and systems analysis work
- Establish and maintain good working relationship with other IT functional areas
- Have a solid understanding of the IT architecture and business processes in your area to be a trusted business advisor
- Coach and mentor junior members of staff in BA or SA tasks
- Liaise effectively with offshore development teams when required
- Follow and tune the Software Development Life Cycle to deliver good quality and lower cost solutions
- Strong Cost/Benefit focus to ensure effort is focused on true business value
Do you have experience as a Business Analyst?
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems or related field
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
- Advanced technical and excellent documentation skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and Sharepoint
- Excellent in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
