• We are looking for PROJECT ADMIN COORDINATOR - with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Report to Sales Manager
• Provide support to Sales team in orders/projects follow up
• Liaise with sales team for all business activities, orders and delivery issues
• Communicate with internal parties to ensure customer’s requests are fully adapted
• Ensure accurate and on-time production orders, order status reports and delivery time schedule, etc.
• Consolidate and update reports from internal and external parties
• Provide administrative support for the sales team
• Handle all ad-hoc projects assigned
• 2+ experience in watch industry is an advantage
• Experience in using SAP or MRP/ERP program is preferred
• Proficient in English & Chinese
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
• 5 days work
