Chevalier (Construction) Company Limited has actively participated in many development projects in Hong Kong since the 1980s. Those projects include the redevelopment of public housing estates, the Private Sector Participation Scheme for the Hong Kong Housing Authority, construction of school buildings for primary, secondary and tertiary institutes, and a range of commercial, industrial, residential and shopping arcade projects for the private sector.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the supervision of the construction works
• Assist the Clerk of Works in supervision of the construction works
• Monitoring the standard of workmanship against Employer's requirement and relevant specification and standards

Requirements

• Certificate in Building or Building Studies from the Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College/ Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent
• 3 years relevant post-qualification experience of site supervision
• Attained a level of proficiency in Chinese and English Languages equivalent to Secondary Form 5 level
• Good understanding and practice in safety
