• Suppliers : partner factories in China
• Key customers : sales offices / buying offices / sourcing offices of overseas customers in Hong Kong
• Main export markets : Middle and South America, Africa, Middle East, SE Asia and Eastern Europe
• We are looking for SALES & OPERATION MANAGER – with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Degree holder
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• 3+ years managerial level in export trading companies prefer small to medium size trading companies
• All round experience in export trading especially from China suppliers to overseas markets
• Good knowledge in trading documents, L/C, import export shipping documents & banking documents
• Strong leadership and management skill to lead the sales team
• Reporting to the MD
• Assist the MD to manage this trading business of 25-30 staff
• Manage daily operation of this trading business
• Manage sales team + sales admin team + shipping team
• Manage Sales team to ensure professional service is delivered to customers
• Manage Sales Admin team to ensure order process and trading operation is running smoothly
• Manage Shipping team to ensure accuracy of shipping documentation and goods delivered on time
• Coordinate with Company’s commodity agencies and suppliers
• Attend exhibitions and trade show in HK and overseas
• Manage daily administrative function to ensure daily smooth operation
