工作職責
- 了解及回應客戶對海外房地產的查詢/需求
- 向客戶提供準確的移民資訊，協助客戶準備全套海外移民資料
- 負責業務跟進﹑客戶關係等相關售後服務
- 發掘潛在客戶
工作要求
- 中六以上教育程度(DSE 須五科或以上合格)
- 懂讀寫中英文，電腦運用
- 有良好人際溝通能力和說服技巧
- 經驗不拘，歡迎應屆畢業生
- 可即時上班者為優先
Job Responsibilities
- Understand and address customer inquiries/requests regarding overseas real estate.
- Provide accurate immigration information to customers and assist them in preparing comprehensive sets of documents for overseas immigration.
- Provide relevant after-sales services: manage business follow-ups, maintain customer relations, etc.
- Identify potential customers.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or above (with at least 5 subjects of level 2 in DSE).
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English, with computer literacy.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and persuasive skills.
- Welcome inexperienced and undergraduates.
- Candidates with immediate availability will be given priority.
