Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in kitchen with food and pastry production
• Support kitchen operations in general and sometimes in specified area
• Make sure food quality and hygiene are maintained

Job Requirements:

• Vocational training in cuisine
• Culinary experience in hotels or western restaurants
• Have passion for cuisine, team player, cheerful and good communication skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Fine dining experience is an advantages
• Good command of English and Cantonese
• More experenice will be considered as Pastry Chef de Partie
