Our client is a sizeable local conglomerate and is currently looking for a seasoned HR Manager to join their Senior Compensation & Benefits team. The ideal candidate will be confident yet approachable, possess strong knowledge of C&B trends, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the C&B team to ensure their performance meets the company's standards
• Oversee and streamline the end-to-end C&B operations, including payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and administration of employee rewards programs
• Manage the annual salary review process, including benchmarking, salary structure development, and budgeting
• Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to provide guidance on C&B-related matters, including job evaluations, promotions, and incentive plans
• Analyze compensation data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of the current programs
• Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management on C&B-related topics
• Take on additional C&B-related projects as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in C&B management, including 4 years in managerial level
• Strong communication, project management, and implementation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and prioritize workload
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
