• Coordinating the processing and settlement of claims while effectively managing daily claims operations to meet the needs and expectations of customers and distributors.

• Ensuring accurate reserving, adjustment, and settlement of all claims.

• Addressing inquiries from customers, colleagues, and business partners.

• Collaborating closely with all involved parties, such as loss adjusters and solicitors, to maintain a high standard of professional claims services for stakeholders.

• Implementing AML & CTF measures in line with the company's guidelines and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in any field.

• Over three years of relevant experience in general insurance claims handling (Property & Casualty, Commercial Lines, or EC).

• Preferred professional qualifications, such as ANZIIF or IIQE.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong analytical abilities for problem-solving.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• A collaborative attitude with a positive and growth-oriented mindset.

• A good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
