Job Description
Provide a full range of administrative support to the Director and Sr. Management.
Maintain calendar through scheduling appointments, organizing meeting, and conference calls internally and externally.
Receive and screen telephone calls and messages. Confidentially handle sensitive information, monitor and respond to incoming correspondence and phone calls while maintaining discretion and confidentiality
Manage all event invitations and RSVP
Manage booking reservations and arrangements for meeting venues, client lunches, and dinners.
Support to business operations and data entry.
Participate in Jewellery exhibitions and setting up the booth
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or above
3 years working experience. Freshers can also apply
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well organized, attentive to details, able to handle multi-tasks with strong sense of responsibility
Good command of spoken and written English
Proficiency in MS Office
