Working Location:
Art Piece - Causeway Bay & Tsim Sha Tsui Branch (Beauty and Lifestyle Service Floor)
We provide diversified services from head to toe including yoga, pilates, spa, medical beauty.

 

Key Responsibilities:

-          Manage sales and service quality, ensure to maximize sales and productivity, achieve sales targets and concierge KPI, manpower efficiency and customer service standard.

-          Oversee and monitor smooth daily operation, people management and CRM activities.

-          Assure proper brand image and excellent customer service are well delivered according to brand standards.

-          Guide and support subordinates in building loyal and long-term relationships with customers.

-          Maintain good communication and relationship with service vendors.

-          Drive, motivate and lead subordinates to achieve successful growth and provide first class customer services.

-          Develop and maintain a good team work to enhance the motivation and create enthusiasm throughout the team.

-          Plan and conduct regular bench-marking exercise on Concierge/Customer Services and recommend improvements to the management for consideration.

-          Handle customer complaints and inquiry in a timely and professional manner.

-          Monitor and manage the implementation of company regulations, operation policies and procedures.

-          Assist to coordinate/monitor of marketing and membership activities.

-          Perform other duties/ad hoc projects as assigned.

 

Requirements:

-          Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality, Business or a related field.

-          3 - 8 years’ working experience in guest relations, customer service, hospitality, front office or a related industry.

-          Proven leadership skills with experience in managing a team.

-          Good negotiation, communication, interpersonal and management skills with strong leadership and customer focus

-          Good written and communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

-          Positive mindset and strong sense of responsibility

-          Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)

-          Willing to work on shift

-          Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
