We are seeking an Assistant Manager, residential sales to develop and implement pricing strategies for a large-scale residential project in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities:
Optimize sales and revenue through strategic pricing.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Present pricing reports and recommendations to senior management.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
Assist in promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in residential sales or pricing strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
