Our client is a various well-known retail bank in Hong Kong that provides a wide range of banking and financial services.

Directly reporting to the Branch Manager, you are responsible to supervise and support the routine operations of branches to ascertain adherence to proper procedures.


Branch Operation Manager / Officer (28K - 45K)

Responsibilities : 

  • Handle and supervise general operations of branch to ensure that regulatory compliance and the bank's policies and procedures are strictly adhered.

  • Supervise the counter services to ensure smooth and efficient branch operations.

  • Enhance customer services quality and assist in resolving customer complaints

  • Oversee branch operations and lead a small team of officers and tellers to perform sales and customer services activities.


Requirements : 

  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines

  • 2-3 years relevant banking experience.

  • Passed in IIQE or HKSI

  • Solid knowledge of banking operation procedures, general banking products and regulatory requirements.

  • Experienced Teller with 4-5 years will be considered as Branch Operation Officer

Bank Teller (18-28k)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling daily counter transactions in an efficient way

  • Deliver good quality banking services and solutions by understanding customer needs

  • Cross-sell retail banking products and refer potential customers to customer service colleagues

  • Support back-end branch operations


Requirements:

  • Secondary school graduate with a pass in 5 subjects for HKCEE or HKDSE including Math, Chinese or English, equivalent or above preferred

  • Minimum 1-2 year of relevant experience in retail banking

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer
