Job Details:
Work Schedule: 5-day workweek with rotating shifts:
For Lounge Attendant/Server/Lounge Supervisor/Bartender/Barista: Morning: 5 am - 3 pm ; Evening: 3 pm - 1 am
For Lounge Ambassador: Morning: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm ; Afternoon: 12 nn - 10 pm
Location: Hong Kong International Airport
Language Requirements: Good command of English and Cantonese is required
Responsibilities:
For Lounge Attendant/Server/Lounge Supervisor:
Present and explain menu options, including dishes and ingredients.
Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages professionally.
Offer recommendations tailored to customer preferences.
Ensure a clean, welcoming environment in the VIP lounge.
Support daily lounge operations.
For Bartender/Barista/Bar Supervisor:
Stay knowledgeable about beverages, including wine, spirits, cocktails, and teas.
Assist guests with orders and provide recommendations.
Prepare and deliver drinks and snacks to meet high standards.
Fulfill bespoke drink requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and manage stock levels efficiently.
For Lounge Ambassador (Strong communication skills):
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring compliance with food safety, health, and safety standards.
Perform lounge operations, including stocking counters, maintaining cleanliness, and quality control.
Greet customers warmly, address inquiries, and handle feedback to enhance their experience.
Assist with travel-related inquiries, baggage handling, and personalised activity suggestions.
Collaborate with teams to maintain service excellence and address operational needs.
Provide coaching and on-the-job training for new joiners, sharing operational knowledge.
Attend training sessions to stay updated on policies, regulatory standards, and service requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum age: 18 years old.
Prior experience in catering, fine dining, hotels, VIP lounges, or airport roles is preferred.
Fluent in English; Cantonese proficiency is required.
Must demonstrate teamwork, a customer-first mindset, friendliness, and a positive attitude.
Willing to work shifts and occasional overtime for flight delays.
Candidates with significant relevant experience may be considered for senior or supervisory roles.
