We have an exciting opportunity for MEP Engineering expertise to join our Hong Kong Team. We are seeking someone who is looking to further develop their experience and responsibilities within the Building Services sector.

Our MEP Department is currently seeking a Chartered Building Services Engineer with the following responsibilities:

• Prepare conceptual and detailed designs, budget and technical specification for Building Services related projects
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess MEP installation and performance
• Monitor project progress, control budgets and schedules to ensure timely delivery
• Supervise and mentor junior MEP engineers

Here's what you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Buildling Services or a related discipline
• Corporate Member of HKIE
• Registered Professional Engineer (MCL / BSS)
• Relevant post corporate membership experience in the field of Mechanical / Building Services Engineering
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP / Ventilating and Air-conditioning systems and solutions
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Knowledge of local regulations and standards in Hong Kong is a plus
