Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for management optimization of network resource system for China Telecom Global, handling deployment of network resource and its early warnings, providing supports to solution team on large bandwidth requirement.
• Work with IT and related parties on construction for network resource enquiry system, driving system rollout and enhancement.
• Formulate user guideline and policy for network resource system, and provide guidance and trainings to the users.
• Ensure and monitor accuracy of system data input by both internal and outsourcing.
• Provide supports to solution team on projects as well as daily coordination on resource requirement in regional range.

Requirements

• Degree or above in telecommunication or related subjects, with at least 3 years of experience in network resource management and provision of transmission or data network
• Experience in China domestic network and submarine cable network maintenance are preferred
• Familiar with system maintenance and service work flow within telecom network
• Familiar with SDH/WDM/OTN equipment and IPLC/IEPL service provisioning
• with knowledge of router/switch and L2 VPN/L3 MPLS VPN/GIS
• Strong sense of responsibilities, good team player with excellent communication and analytical skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
