Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:

  • Handling the day-to-day operations of the Advanced Standing and Graduation Team in the Registry;
  • Performing efficient and accurate clerical and administrative duties such as education verifications, vetting of documents, maintenance of digital filing system;
  • Providing professional frontline student services, including counter, emails and/or hotline support;
  • Supporting graduation-related events such as certificate distribution and graduation ceremonies;
  • Managing procurement and financial matters related to graduation and events;
  • Performing other ad doc duties as assigned by supervisor(s).

 
Candidates
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:

  • At least 5 passes in HKCEE or 5 subjects with Level 2 or equivalent in HKDSE, including English & Chinese languages and Mathematics;
  • At least 3 years of clerical or administrative experience in higher education is preferred;
  • Good communication and writing skills in English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua);
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including WORD, EXCEL, and Chinese word processing;
  • Ability to multi-task with a high level of accuracy and attention to details; and
  • Strong sense of responsibility and motivation, and be a good team player.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.

An attractive remuneration package, including basic salary, an end-of-contract gratuity, and a discretionary incentive payment, where applicable, will be offered to the right candidates.
