Job Description

The job holder is responsible for supporting the Airline Planning Manager in all new/existing destinations and new fleet plans from time to time to ensure smooth operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing yearly route, frequency & seasonal schedule plan according to Company’s development direction and targets;
• Assist in assessing feasibility for flight changes according to fleet development and adjust network plan accordingly;
• liaise with internal parties for new route launching;
• liaise with internal parties for in-season flight adjustment based on market demand;
• Participate in analysis on various planning related projects and support relevant strategic projects as needed;
• To prepare ATLA license application and renewal; and 
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the team manager. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, related working experience in aviation would be an advantage;
• At least 1 year of working experience, major in aviation would be an advantage;
• Good command of written English and Chinese, fluent in spoken English and Cantonese, Putonghua is required as well;
• Strong ability to collaborate and work as part of a team;
• Ability to work under pressure; and 
• Fresh graduate is also welcome.
