Assist in the timely planning and implementation of marketing strategies and programs;
Conduct sales visits to identify FIT opportunities, assist with agency booking activities, and monitor agent performance to maximize FIT sales volume;
Utilize FIT booking systems and GDS daily to review bookings;
Monitor latest market and competitor information to update pricing and strategies;
Assist in arranging commercial agreements with local business partners and retail travel agents to promote FIT bookings via joint promotion and marketing campaigns;
Maintain relationships with trade and associations to maintain and expand HKA’s exposure in the market;
Provide daily and monthly FIT booking analysis reports;
Develop marketing and sales materials for product launches, sales information distribution, etc.;
Liaise closely with Revenue Management team and other relevant departments to launch group sales plans, establish smooth workflows and handle external and internal customer expectations; and
Assist with ad-hoc task as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline;
At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or partnership. Candidates will less experience will be considered as Officer, Marketing & Partnerships;
Experience in aviation or tourism would be an advantage;
Self-motivated and attention to details;
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently;
Ability to work under pressure and handle ad-hoc projects;
Proficient in MS Office, including MS Excel, PowerPoint; and
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
