Responsibilities
Prospecting to generate new business and clients through calls and networking.
Develop existing clients and incoming leads by identifying needs and providing tailor-made solutions.
Formulating market analysis and financial models with the brokerage team and leadership.
Analyzing and evaluating strategic real estate plans for clients.
Following up with all parties involved to execute transactions.
Organizing tours and meetings with current and prospective clients as needed.
Collaborating with different teams to develop and plan client engagement and sales promotion strategies.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in sales & business development, preferably in Property Sales, Commercial Leasing, or a related field would be preferred.
Preferably a holder of an Estate Agent’s License or willing to acquire one shortly after joining.
Experience in the Commercial or Industrial property market is advantageous.
Native English speaker is required .
Self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and goal-oriented.
