The Company:
Our client is a globally renowned financial services provider with a strong presence across Asia. They are seeking a dedicated (Senior) Compliance Manager to join their regional legal and compliance team in Hong Kong, focusing on data privacy, AI compliance, and anti-bribery initiatives to support their strategic operations.
 
Responsibilities:

In this impactful role, you will:

• Contribute to the development and execution of Group compliance initiatives, focusing on data privacy, AI integration, and anti-bribery standards.
• Provide guidance to regional entities on applicable regulations, assisting with risk assessments and policy implementation.
• Strengthen compliance frameworks by reviewing reports, coordinating with local teams, and updating systems.
• Develop training materials and communications to raise awareness of relevant policies and regulations.
• Partner with other business units on cross-border projects, enhancing compliance expertise through targeted training programs.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Commerce, Business, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in compliance within regulated industry, ideally with knowledge of data protection.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus for internal & external communications and engagement
