Trade Marketing and Junior Sales Specialist (1 year contract renewable to permanent position)
Our client is a premium food service company. They are looking for a Trade Marketing and Junior Sales Specialist to join their dynamic team in Hong Kong.
This person is responsible for managing the event planning and executing trade marketing strategies in close collaboration with the country manager, the marketing team, and the distributor to sustainably drive the business for the country. He/She will also be in charge to develop some key customers. His/her main missions will be:
1/ Marketing:
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insights. Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and sales initiatives.
Event Coordination: Support the local Pastry Planning and participate to different customer events, exhibitions to showcase company’s products and engage with industry professionals. Ensure seamless execution and impactful brand representation. Collaborate with local distributor, regional team and pastry chefs.
Trade Marketing Excellence: Develop and execute trade marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
nternal Communication: Follow-up events, data analysis and share best practices among the Asia Pacific Team
2/ Sales:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
Sales Support: Assist senior sales team members in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, contributing to the overall sales process.
Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities and performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and achieve targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1 year of experience in a similar position (Fresh grad with internship experience are welcome)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and results-driven mindset.
Previous experience in trade marketing or sales is a plus.
Passion for chocolate and the culinary arts.
English is mandatory, Cantonese and/or French is a plus
