Provide full spectrum administrative supports, including head office administration, insurance, service reports and filing system etc
Act as Personal Assistant to CEO and provide clerical support to the Board of Directors and Committees
Provide clerical and administrative support, including drafting minutes for Management Meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating follow-ups
Co-ordinate and support the Agency’s events and activities (AGM, Annual Dinner, etc) and produce Annual Report
Support Staff Club activities organisation
Assist in other ad-hoc assignments
Requirements︰
Degree or Higher Diploma Holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
At least 2 years experience in office administration, experience in NGOs will be an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office (particularly in Excel) and be able to perform data analysis and statistical works
Good writing skills in both English & Chinese
Well-organized, detail-minded, meticulous and good team player
Mature, good interpersonal & communication skills
Location: Wan Chai
