• Lead and mentor a team of Kotlin/Swift/Flutter developers.
• Design and implement scalable and efficient mobile applications using Kotlin, Swift, or Flutter.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Develop and maintain critical components of the application.
• Ensure the application’s scalability, security, and performance optimization.
• Implement design patterns for Microservices, Data orchestration, and Integration.
• Oversee CI/CD processes and participate in Scrum and Agile development practices.
  
  

• 9+ years of experience as a Kotlin/Swift/Flutter developer and team lead.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin, Swift, or Flutter frameworks.
• Solid experience with cloud technologies in AWS and databases such as AuroraDB, DynamoDB, MariaDB.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
