A Japanese trading co. is looking for Shipping Clerk to join their team.
Job duties
- Handle order follow up, delivery arrangement
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers and forwarders on shipping arrangement
- Prepare invoice, PO, packing list and related reports
- Data Entry to system
- Handle any ad hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Diploma or above
- With 2-3 years shipping/logistics related experience is highly preferred
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Japanese speaking would be an advantage but NOT a must
- Good team player, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Short notice/Immediate available is highly preferred
