Supervise subordinates to handle all classes of insurance claims
Handle cases relating to litigation and direct settlement
Answer clients' inquiries
Provide training to subordinates in the Claims team
Assist in preparing management reports and statistics
Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
HKDSE or above
Possess professional qualifications such as ANZIIF/ACII
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in handling insurance claims, preferably EC and casualty cases
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English and fluent in Mandarin
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good supervisory skills, strong career mind and enthusiastic about the job
Occasionally outdoor work is required
