Description

As a Senior Accountant, your main responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily transactions, perform the monthly consolidation, financial reporting of the Group
• Participating in regular audits
• Preparing the monthly reporting consolidated package of the Group
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
• Organizing financial data into useable information and maintain updated records
• Tracking the progress of financial and accounting objectives
• Establishing and maintaining fiscal files and records to document transactions
• Handling the ad hoc tasks as assigned

Profile

A successful Senior Accountant should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant minimum 5 years of work experience, preferably with listed companies and retail or FMCG industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial procedures
• Experience with accounting software and MS Excel
• Solid analytical skills with detail-oriented mindset
• Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
• Excellent knowledge of cost accounting and regulatory standards
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a must
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
