Job Description:

• To focus on daily maintenance and support tasks on various IT Infrastructure management systems;
• To participate in on-going projects of IT Infrastructure and server virtualization technology;
• To update user manuals, operation procedures, system maintenance documents, etc.
• To assist in tendering operations from drafting tender specification to tender award for government procurement;
• To provide contractor management services such as liaison with users and vendors, monitoring, training and helpdesk support to colleagues;
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirement Details:

• Degree or Higher diploma in computer subjects or related disciplines; i
• Possess at least 2 years of post-qualification for information technology experience;
• 1 years or above in IT Infrastructure and system operational support, preferable with solid application support experience in IT Infrastructure and server virtualization technology.
• Strong commitment to project deadline and delivering high quality work.
• Good communication skills
