Purpose of the Job
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote brand equity and increase market share.
Analyze marketing campaign performance metrics and report on ROI, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Support budget planning and execution of marketing initiatives, event management, and POSM production and management for assigned brands.
Contribute to the development and updating of brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand image and communication in the market.
Conduct market research with research and creative agencies, analyze market trends and competitor activities, and respond effectively to market changes and demands.
Oversee new product development, including product innovation, packaging design, consumer research, and positioning to align with brand strategies.
Collaborate closely with Channel Marketing and Operations teams on ATL, digital marketing, trade promotion, and retail presence to achieve marketing objectives.
Coordinate with advertising agencies, event organizers, business partners, and vendors to maximize brand exposure through various ATL/BTL/social activities and meet business goals within allocated budgets and timelines.
Manage day-to-day operations and provide administrative support to the team.
Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
Degree holder of marketing, business or related discipline
3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably from FMCG industry
High initiative, creative, detail minded with strong sense of ownership of work assigned
Well-organized with good interpersonal and problem solving skills
Thrives in a fast-pace work environment
Energetic, proactive, flexible and a team player
Good command of English and Chinese
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Brand Executive
