Monitor and report community issues related to the Housing Society in a timely manner
Organise community events effectively to achieve positive impacts with good budget planning and control
Explore collaboration opportunities and establish network with residents / NGOs / community groups for event and activities under the Cultural Heritage Preservation Programme
Support the production of publications/promotional items, including script writing, shooting, graphic design and photo retouching
Assist in handling stakeholder communications by various means, such as correspondences and meetings
Assist in preparing materials for District Council meetings, and lobbying sessions / pre-meetings on related issues as per supervisors’ instruction.
Supervise and coach junior staff
The Person
Degree holder in Public Relations, Communications, Social Science or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, with proven track record in handling community engagement and event management
Working exposure in public organisations or sizeable corporations is preferred
High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
Able to manage multiple tasks and deliver quality work under a tight schedule
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Computer literacy in using MS applications, such as Word, Chinese Word Processing, Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator
Good knowledge in the design and production of publications and videos
