The Job
Develop and implement talent attraction strategies to attract top talent and strengthen our employer brand through social media and effective sourcing channels.
Review and improve recruitment processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with business units on recruitment needs and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organisations.
Oversee campus recruitment, internships, and graduate trainee programs to build a strong talent pipeline.
Evaluate recruitment initiatives and young talent programs, providing recommendations for improvements.
Work with management and HR partners to implement initiatives that support talent attraction and employee engagement.
Prepare and analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Supervise guide team members in their recruitment and HRBP roles.
The Person
Degree holder in HR management or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years’ HRBP experience of which a minimum of 5 years in supervisory/managerial role, preferably gained in real estate/property industry, public or sizable organisations
Hands-on experience in handling the full spectrum of HR functions
Conversant with employment-related ordinances
Strong leadership & problem-solving skills, tactful and effective interpersonal skills
Strong project management and organisational skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Proactive, mature and positive, detail-conscious, able to perform multiple tasks independently
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
