Network Engineer, L2/L3 Network Support

Our client is an established retail group in Hong Kong, seeking to enhance their IT infrastructure. They are looking for a Network Engineer to join their dynamic team.

Your new role

• Implement and manage network-related projects, ensuring smooth operation and performance.
• Deploy and configure Cisco routers and switches, as well as firewalls (e.g., Juniper).
• Troubleshoot network issues and optimize WAN and SD-WAN solutions.
• Monitor network security to protect data and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with vendors and IT personnel to resolve technical problems.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in Cisco deployment, including routers and switching.
• Familiarity with network security protocols and firewalls (e.g., Juniper).
• Strong troubleshooting skills for WAN and SD-WAN environments.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
