Communicate with foreign agents about invoices, reports, certificates, etc. of the projects
Provide administrative document checking and project process support (including report typing process, certification process, invoicing process)
Prepare monthly report of customer’s business movement and feedback on Intertek’s service
Join meeting with Account Executive and customers
Provide regular market update for internal staff.
The Person
Higher Diploma or Degree holder in any disciplines
At least 2 years’ customer services working experience
Good command in English, knowledge in Mandarin an advantage
Self-initiated and be a good team player
Immediate availability is preferred
Fresh graduate and IANG will also be considered
